$50 per seat sections: 107, 108, 109, 121, 122, &123, 207, 209, 221, 222, & 223

I am a current season ticket holder. How do I request a seat change/improvement?

Requests for seating changes should be made with your season ticket order. Please keep the following points in mind if you wish to request a seat change:
Changes are based on availability, annual giving levels and descending priority point order within each giving level.
The number of years requesting seating changes does not factor into the request process and requests are not carried over from the previous year.
If you are part of a group, state whether you are willing to split from the group in order to change your seating location. The more seats involved, the harder it becomes to fulfill your request.
Each request is reviewed by the Athletic Department, but the volume of requests may not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Department. The Athletic Department reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, thus there are no guarantees.

I am a current season ticket holder. How do I request additional season tickets?

Patrons should make the request on the ticket order form, but should not include payment for the additional seats. The Athletic Department encourages patrons to make the request as broad as possible to increase the chances of the request being fulfilled. Patrons may request specific seats on the order form, but please realize such requests will be difficult to fulfill. If your request for additional season tickets is fulfilled, the Athletic Department will mail an invoice in late July. All requests for additional season tickets will be reviewed first based on annual giving level and then priority points within each giving level.

How does Ticket Forwarding work?

Have a friend, family member or coworker using your tickets for a game this season? Avoid the hassle of physically delivering tickets and utilize Ticket Forwarding. Ticket Forwarding is a free and convenient online system allowing season ticket holders to electronically transfer game tickets they’re not using to someone else. It’s fast, safe, easy and free to use. You can find our Ticket Forwarding page online at UWBadgers.com under the Tickets tab.

How do I request accessible seating?

Seating for fans with disabilities is limited and subject to availability. Customers needing to make accessible seating arrangements must contact the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office prior to the day of the game.

What is the process to change my mailing address?

It is the patron’s responsibility to inform the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address by July 25, 2014. Please submit all address changes on your application, in a separate letter or online at UWBadgers.com by logging into your online account.

When can I expect to receive my season tickets?

Season tickets and parking will be mailed approximately September 8, 2014 via USPS priority mail. Single game tickets will be mailed no later than seven days prior to the game via first class mail.

Season Parking

For this season, patrons will once again have the opportunity to pay for and receive the same parking they held in 2014-15 right from their ticket application. Patrons who are men’s hockey season ticket holders may purchase parking for men’s hockey on a season basis only. Parking lots are broken down into zones based on proximity to the Kohl Center. Men’s hockey season parking requests are reviewed based first on lot availability, second on annual giving level, and third on priority points within each annual giving level. Making a contribution does not guarantee allocation into a certain lot or a certain zone. Patrons requesting multiple permits must qualify for each permit individually, based on their annual giving level. For example, two permits in either lot 91 or Shaughnessy require a minimum cumulative contribution of $100 ($50 per permit). Zone A parking lots are lot 91 and Shaughnessy. These two are the only lots that require an annual contribution. All other parking lots do not require an annual contribution in order for patrons to qualify.

Season ticket holders requesting a parking location change or additional permits

Patrons should submit parking permit additions or change requests when they order their season tickets. Requests will be reviewed first on annual giving level and second on priority points within each annual giving level. Requests are subject to availability.

Season ticket holders requesting parking for the first time

Patrons wishing to request new season parking must be a men’s hockey season ticket holder. All new men’s hockey season parking requests are reviewed first based on annual giving level and second on priority points within each annual giving level. Requests are subject to availability. Contributions do not guarantee the purchase of season parking.
